"We the People" Field Trip

On Friday, December 7th, forty students from Mrs. Huffman and Mr. Gaumont’s Civics and Leadership classes competed in the “We the People” Program’s District Congressional Hearings at the Legislative Office Building in Concord.

This served as a culminating event for the hard work students have completed over the course of Quarter 2.

The competition also involved participants from John Stark High School, Milford High School and Hollis-Brookline High School.

Our students had a very strong showing, making a great impression on all of the judges who were impressed with their vast understanding of the Constitution and United States History.
