Thank you for your interest in being involved in the Founders Academy Community. This form is being used to both collect names of people who are willing to help (for as little as one event or one hour) and also as a way to register for membership in the PTSG.
This form gives you the ability to:
1. Become part of a list of people who are willing to volunteer
OR
2. Join PTSG
OR
3. BOTH!
PTSG membership is free and open to all members of the Founders Community, but it does require registration.
Membership allows people who are in attendance at the monthly general meeting to vote on decisions put before the group. Please note, this form must be completed by the date of the previous general meeting in order to have the ability to vote at the next meeting (Example: you must register by the date of the October general meeting in order to vote in November. You will not be allowed to vote before the November general meeting)
