Damon Honeycutt is a dedicated father, teacher, warrior artist, and retired adventurer who has spent his life exploring both creative and analytical pursuits. His journey has led him to intertwine the study of music with scholarly exploration and the practice of martial arts as a form of personal and performance expression. In his early career, he performed in over twenty countries and worked with esteemed dance companies such as Pilobolus, Nai-Ni Chen, Scapegoat Garden, and Beijing Opera Company Yuan.

Currently, Mr. Honeycutt's focus lies in teaching, research, and the development of embodiment practices, examining their symbiotic relationship with music, critical thinking, and performance. He holds an M.F.A. in Music Composition from The Vermont College of Fine Arts, an M.A. in Conscious Evolution and Integral Studies from The Graduate Institute, and a B.F.A. from California Institute of the Arts, where he pursued studies in both the Music and Dance departments.
