Dean's Annual Message

Founders AcademyGreetings Founders Community! Looking ahead to the '24-'25 school year, I am excited for the opportunities that lie ahead for us. This year we have grown to over 430 students, which is a significant jump!

Along with our new students we are welcoming about 10 new staff members to build our team. We are fortunate to be able to expand our staff and offer more opportunities to our students. For all of our new families, welcome to our community!

Those of you who are returning to Founders have the responsibility to uphold the mission of our school. We expect you to be following the leadership code of conduct every day here at the school and out in the community. Be responsible, be respectful, be honest, be lawful, be determined, be polite, be open minded, be courageous, be confident, be helpful.

It takes the full effort of all community members to make a successful school year. Students, parents, teachers, board members, donors, staff members, friends and family, thank you for your support. We are new starting our second decade of existence and I look forward to seeing what the future holds!
