Señorita Cote has had a love for Spanish ever since she started learning it in first grade. She had a series of wonderful teachers that helped foster a lifelong passion for Spanish language and culture. Señorita knew from a young age that she wanted to teach Spanish, and even declared her major on her college orientation day.

From there, Señorita Cote had many exciting opportunities. She helped run the Keene State College Spanish Club, presented at conferences, and even spent 5 months living in Viña del Mar, Chile in 2016. While there, she stayed with an incredibly loving family who helped her to grow as a Spanish-speaker and as a person. You'll hear her talk a lot about Chile in class!

When Señorita Cote is not teaching, she can be found playing guitar, snuggling with her cats, or working part-time as a receptionist at a local nursing home.

This is Señorita’s sixth year at The Founder’s Academy, and she is thrilled to continue to work with such a wonderful group of teachers, staff, and students who are truly committed to making learning exciting and fun!
